Chocs Away3 is the 3rd in our series of collabs with Nick Rosser and the good people of the Butcher Brew Club. With this one we wanted to push things a little further. This was aged in freshly emptied Bourbon Whiskey barrels for over 6 months. The aging process has done wonderful things for the stout alone. The flavour development is profound, the body & mouthfeel are fantastically smoother than before, and the booziness has become one with the sweet, sweet Bourbon and smokey spice of the oak barrels. Delightful!
