So, you’ve been put in charge of organising the office away day? Well, you’re in the right place, read on to see how Dancing Man Brewery can take the stress out of that company conference you need to plan. We believe you won’t find a more affordable, historic and unique venue to host your company event. From a small staff meeting to annual conference – we have it covered.

You will be assigned an event co-ordinator who will assist with all planning from start to finish, with a bespoke approach and unique facilities this enables us to offer everything you may need to make your event a success. We can arrange breakfast meetings with pastries and coffee. All day conferences, drinks receptions, award ceremonies or a combination of the above. We have a delicious menu for events but can also offer the option of Bespoke dining.

We can offer several types of room layouts depending on what you require for your event. Just let us know what you need, and we can inform you of the possibilities available! We have variety of equipment such as: Projector, screen, PA, speakers etc – just ask us, if we have it you can use it! We also have a lift access.

A step by step guide

Follow these easy steps and we will help make the journey a smooth and enjoyable one.

Contact the DM Events Team.
Fill in the Enquiry Form and we can get the ball rolling.

We shall reply and advise of availability, pricing and food options and suggest a meeting. We can then give you a tour of the building and discuss the many options we have. It’s all no obligation until you pay a deposit.

Once the date is decided, we are happy to hold it for 2 weeks whilst you discuss with your team if you feel DMB is the right place to hold your event.

Once you have decided DMB is the place for your event and you confirm that it’s a go, we will ask for a deposit.
Once the deposit is paid – it’s all official and we, together, start planning your event.

We shall meet whenever you need to and can supply details for anything you need to make the planning as pain free as possible.

One month before we ask that all costs except for the food are paid in full.
2 weeks before the event we will need final food details, numbers, special dietary requirements etc.
