Our beers

At Dancing Man we take pride, passion and joy in brewing anything we fancy! We love modern beer styles, twisted and muddled idea styles, classic time honoured ales and porters, and the down right ridiculous. As long as it keeps us excited and enjoying every day, we aim to keep bringing you great beers!

Our humble 1000ltr brewhouse combines traditional hands on brewing methods with the quirks of modern findings and techniques. Our beers are as full of flavour as is possible, and all are unfined, unfiltered and completely vegan and vegetarian friendly! Have a look at our popular regulars and do check out our specials, too.

We love talking about beer, so if you see a brewer in and around the brewhouse please stop us for a chat. But be warned… … brewers like to chat!

Our Regulars

Pilgrims Pale is our session ale, made with exotic antipodian hops. The name is a tribute to the pilgrim fathers that set sail for the Americas in 1620, from Mayflower park opposite our brewery.

A very hop forward IPA. Big Casino borrows its name from the story of Pat Garrett and Billy The Kid. Before the Kid was killed by Garrett in 1881, the two men where good friends and would play cards together in the gambling house. ‘Casino’ was the game they would play. Billy and Pat even adopted the nicknames ‘Little Casino’ and ‘Big Casino’ respectfully, after the trump card hands in the game.

We first brew this to commemorate 100 years since Wallace Hartley’s band played their last waltz onboard the sinking Titanic. It soon became a regular in our range of beers owing to its complexed yet easy drinking and moreish nature.
