To water, feed, entertain, serve and educate.
It won’t be an education on just beer and brewing, we will be hosting beer and food pairing events with a view to showing off our fabulous beer and fine food, and to help you walk off all those calories, visitors can expect information on all the wonderful tours available in Southampton with our partners See Southampton .
It’s all part of our vision to grow our existing brewery into one that Southampton will be proud of. And not just because we are the only one.
In time we will make our ales available to a wider audience through the addition of an offsite bottling and keg plant. This will create a network of wholesale customers, initially throughout Hampshire, and ultimately nation-wide, which will eventually make the Dancing Man Brewery a household name.
We are breathing life back into the Wool House/ Maritime Museum building. And by being the first ever brew house our city has seen, we are creating our own little bit of history.
We are proud that by the end of February we will be on site welcoming travellers from all over world! They along with our city dwellers will be given a little in-sight into the very colourful and chequered history that is just waiting to be found in Southampton.
We open to the Public on February 27th February and enter a new chapter for not just us as a business team but also for the Wool House who we proudly now rename
THE DANCING MAN.
